We have to have people in office who are willing to understand that they are there to represent the rest of the people, the citizens of this city, me and you.

We have to have people in office who are willing to understand that they are there to represent the rest of the people, the citizens of this city, me and you. Our money is what's being spent. Anything that the city spends comes from us at some point, in some way, in some format.

If we don't have responsibility at the top, then the people they hire don't have responsibility and we have waste at every level.

 So what am I going to do differently?

I will not support hiring anybody who does not have a plan for how to control expenses. That does not understand that the money that they spend comes from the people of Pflugerville, that every dollar they spend has to be taken from somebody who needs it to pay their rent or to pay for their groceries, or to put gas in their car, all of which is increasing.
