Our opponent's supporters are saying the quiet part out loud. They fully expect (and support) that costs will go up for everybody, including those on a fixed income. They don't care. That's insane.

Are Pat and I no votes for everything? Of course not. But what we can PROMISE you is that we will actually consider and care if costs are going to go up for you. We will not let that happen. We will not rubber stamp every bit of wasteful spending the city wants to do and we won't be funding idiotic boondoggles. We will find a way to get us all tax and water relief.

Doug and Jonathan should probably have a conversation with their supporters about not telling everyone that their policies will increase everyone's costs, at least until after the election......
